Many Venues now days ask for public liability Insurance and Pat Certificates, Do not worry about these as we can provide you or your venue with all the paperwork you will need. You can also provide a playlist of all your friends and guests favourite tracks to be played on the night.

We are also Full time in this industry. Which means we have to look after our equipment as it’s in our interest and more importantly we have to look after our customers. It’s also ideal if you need to contact us at any time, as you can phone, text or email anytime. You don’t have to worry if we are working our other job, as this is our Full-Time job. The other thing to think about is, we have time to meet you before your event and provide an early set up if needed. There are many advantages for you booking a Full Dj / Company.

Do it Yourself Party Packs

We at Surround Sounds Disco offer our customers a Do It yourself option. So if you want to organise your party that’s fine. You may be on a very tight budget, and this is a cheaper option and saves you money. The items you can hire from us are Chair Covers, Table Cloths, Balloons, Venue Decorations, Led Backdrops, Table Centrepieces, Led Up lighters, Post Boxes, Love Letters and Wedding Thrones.

You tell us your requirements; We would quote and agree on a price. You would collect all the items from our unit ( we could deliver at a cost ) and bring them back a day after your party. We will also advise on how to set up certain products like Backdrops, Uplighters, Love Letters etc.

Booking Details and Legal Stuff.

We confirm all booking via EchoSign ( online booking forms) for extra peace of mind. This secures your reservation, and this also acts as proof of your booking. We would also need a 25% deposit which can be paid in cash, Bank Transfer or most credit/debit cards payments.

All my equipment is backed-up, and regularly P.A.T tested for safety Reason. Also for further peace of mind, I do have public liability insurance, and in many cases, your venue may need a copy of these certificates. If your venue contacts yourself and require these certificates, please contact us, and we will forward these to your venue for you.
