Please ask your venue about entertainment access, the location of suitable power sockets and any sound limiter. Let us know if equipment needs to go upstairs, across gravel or through a room that will already be occupied by guests.

For marquee bookings, we will need to discuss a sheltered equipment position, suitable flooring and power arrangements before confirming the booking.

If your venue needs current equipment or insurance documents, tell us what it requires so we can arrange the relevant information.

Wedding Entertainment Beyond the First Dance

Your first dance is one part of the reception. The rest of the evening may include welcoming additional guests, serving food, making announcements and sharing the room with other entertainment.

Our wedding DJ service includes discussing those plans with you. We will agree your first dance recording, any introductions you would like and the entertainment start and finish times.

An early setup may be possible, depending on venue access and our schedule. Include this in your initial enquiry if you want the equipment ready before the reception begins.

Arrange Your Gloucestershire Booking

To get started, send us your date, venue name and postcode, occasion, approximate guest numbers and preferred entertainment times. Mention additional hire items and any access restrictions or early setup requirements.

We will check availability and prepare a quotation setting out the services and agreed price.

Once you are ready to book, we send an electronic booking agreement. A 25% booking fee secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card and cash payments.
