Wedding Music That Reflects You
Your wedding reception should feel personal, from your first dance to the songs that bring friends and family onto the dance floor.
Tell us about your favourite artists, the music your guests enjoy and any songs you would prefer us to avoid. Whether you love Motown, soul, disco, dance anthems, R&B, pop, or a mix of decades, we can discuss a musical direction that suits your celebration.
Before your wedding, we will talk through:
- Your first-dance song and preferred version
- Favourite songs and important requests
- Music you do not want played
- Whether you would like us to accept guest requests
- Your evening timings and planned announcements
- How you would like the evening to finish
You can share a selection of favourites and leave room for your DJ to respond to guests throughout the evening.
Choose When You Need Your Wedding DJ
Start by choosing how much of the day you would like us to cover. We can then help you select the disco setup and additional entertainment.
Evening Wedding Disco
An evening disco is suitable when you need a DJ for your reception after the wedding breakfast.
We arrange access with you and your venue so we can unload, install and test the sound and lighting before the agreed start time. Where your venue changes the room around between the meal and evening reception, we can plan our installation around that schedule.
Your booking will confirm the start time, finish time and equipment included.
Early Setup with an Evening DJ
An early setup allows the main disco equipment to be installed before your guests enter the room, where venue access permits.
Your DJ then returns for the agreed evening entertainment. You can also discuss background music equipment and a microphone for speeches as part of your quotation.
This option can be useful when your wedding breakfast and evening reception take place in the same room.
All-Day Wedding Entertainment
Our all-day option can include background music for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast, a wireless microphone for speeches and your evening wedding disco.
We agree which parts of the day are covered and what equipment is needed in each space. If you also require ceremony music, please mention this when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangements.
Wedding Disco Styles to Suit Your Venue
Your disco’s appearance matters as much as the music.
We offer white, illuminated and rustic-style setups, subject to availability and your selected package. A white setup can complement a formal hotel reception, while a rustic setup works well alongside timber beams, barn interiors and natural decorations.
We will help you consider the room size, the position of the dance floor, and the space needed for the DJ equipment. We can also discuss lighting and uplighting options to complement your colours.
Visit our Rowley Regis showroom to see selected setups and compare ideas in person.
Build Your Wedding Entertainment Package
Once you have chosen your timings, decide which entertainment you would like alongside your DJ. These combinations provide a starting point for a personalised quotation.
Wedding DJ and Disco
A wedding DJ with sound equipment and disco lighting suited to the agreed venue space and guest numbers.
This is a straightforward option for couples looking for music and dancing throughout their evening reception.
Wedding DJ with Venue Uplighting
Combine your disco with uplighting to introduce colour around the room and complement your wedding theme.
We will confirm the number of lights, their positions and available colour choices when preparing your package.
