Where there is no suitable indoor space, and equipment and scheduling allow, it may be possible to agree a swap from mini golf to arcade machines. Any change is subject to availability and must be confirmed with us in advance.

Yes. Tell us the venue, available space, event schedule, guest numbers and age range. If we know the venue, we may already understand its access and layout. Otherwise, we can work with the information supplied by you or the venue.
Outdoor entertainment requires suitable weather and ground conditions. We should plan an indoor alternative where possible. For mini golf bookings, an agreed swap to arcade machines may sometimes be possible when no indoor area is available, but this is subject to availability and advance confirmation.
